well if the standard ar charging handle was the same as the 15-22 then you could just buy the wilson combat release.. the problem is they r not the same...as to the leverage breaking stuff: if u consider that the spring weight is nearly nothing compaired to a ar-15 in the 15-22.. and that they r about 2/3s the length of a ar charging handle id think you would have to get pretty stupid with it to break something in the 2 inch of travel they have.. and the extra .5" of leverage we are adding... this is my .02 and nothing more but ive cycled my 15-22 close to as much or more than probable anyone else on here my .02 i guess is still only worth .02 but its still my .02
