There are some commercial targets that you could borrow the design from. Basically the targets are mounted to a steel frame. The top of the target is twisted 90 degrees so the target can spin. Other shapes could be Elk, Bighorn Sheep, Moose, Deer, Antelope, Etc. Its all for fun, so it really doesn't matter.
