Default Florida non resident permit?
I currently have a FL non-resident permit, as an IL resident our state does not trust anyone to have a CCW. It is my understanding that some states that reciprocate with FL, stipulate they accept FL permit, but only if you are a resident of the state that issued the permit. It is my understanding that FL is one of these states. That would then mean that as a Non-Resident permit holder, I would not be legal to carry in Florida.

Can anyone clarify this?
