It's been tried before by others without success. I know I'm not willing to put in a lot of time to coordinate such an activity as no doubt it would turn into a messy affair.

There's a 50 barrel of a given length minimum order, 50% down and a 16-20 week wait, at least that was what was quoted in 2008. $155 per barrel. So, $150 isn't going to cut it.

Now, if someone thought they could get $200 per barrel they might put up the funds themselves and greatly simplify things by ordering and paying for the lot and reselling them to people it might be worthwhile. I know I don't have that kind of money to take a chance with.
