Since we're studying the details of the grips, here's the pair I just got from H.E. for my renickled 1926. Both gun and grips are W&K. The gun was made in '27 and given to a police capt. as a gift and is so inscribed on the sideplate. The Colt was made the same year the S&W was presented as a gift, 1930.
