Even with the 442 I think that you will find that the weight will be distracting, at best, when carried in a jacket pocket, causing the jacket to tug and shift around.

Carrying in the trouser pocket is usually fairly comfortable. Loosely-fitted trousers with good-sized pocket openings work best. You will have to get used to carrying your other "pocket litter" in other places than you are accustomed to.

A strong-side pancake-style holster is very comfortable and highly concealable for most users. The pancake-style is my usual recommendation for concealed carry.

Beyond that, the best advice is probably to settle on a carry method that works for you and use the same method all the time. When confronted with a situation requiring an armed response is not the time to try and remember where your weapon is. Train and practice with the same gear you will be relying on. We fight the way we train, so we need to train the way we will fight.

Best regards.
