Parts of it you can take care of now .... you can get your finger printing done, your photos and get the highest law enforcement officer in your area could be sheriff and could be cheif of police to sign for it... but it would help if a class two or three dealer around you has it in stock...it will speed up the process greatly... get the form 4 if your buying or form 1 if your building your own and read threw it it tells you what you need and there are web sites to help you see how it should look hope this helps
