I will add on to the list of dimensions posted earlier:
Hammers:
.265" service
.375 " semi-target
.500" target

Triggers:
.265" serrated service
.312" smooth combat
.500" serrated target
.400" serrated/smooth target

In the early 1980s, around the time of the deletion of the barrel pin, the target triggers were reduced to .400". This was probably because the .500" size sticks out past the trigger guard. Comparing the triggers on my 1971 model 29-2 with my 1984 model 25-5, the difference in width is noticeable.
