I'm very new to .22lr shooting, but i've been told high velocity will reach 200m. On a windless day what kind of bullet drop can I expect (new scope and i'll have to bore-sight it in my back garden at about 25m). Doesn't have to be exact, just need rough idea to get it on the target and i'll walk it in from there.
Based on what I've read, with a 50 yard zero you will have over 50 inch drop at 200 yards (not meters but close). You can probably do it, but need a good scope and time to play with drop and then hope there is no wind when you shoot. Could be asking for a lot of fun - or some frustration. Good Luck
