No, the BG380 manual advises that +P ammunition may accelerate wear, but it doesn't prohibit +P. My understanding, though, is that there is no SAAMI (SAAMI | Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers' Institute) standard for +P in 380, which makes it kind of risky in my largely uninformed opinion.
