I have a 4" Model 10-7 that once patrolled the streets of Hong Kong, it to is "RHKP" marked. I was fortunate enough to make a connection in Hong Kong with a retired RHKP Police Officer and Marksmanship Instructor, he was able to help me put together a nice collection of issue items to go along with it, an issue flap jolster, lanyard, RHKP police whistle, bullion patch, etc.

It looks well worn, but shoots great. I have used it in quite a few IDPA and IPSC matches. Here's a pic:
