It appears you missed all of the threads with the problems arising with the Bodyguard 380. I suggest you complete a search on Bodyguard 380 to find the threads. Basically the main problem has been with the slide release/takedown lever coming out after so many shots. It looks like S&W has come up with a solution which involves swapping out the faulty frame with a new improved frame. It is necessary to send the pistol to S&W on their dime to get this fix. Hopefully you won't have this problem with yours. Just telling you to be aware of it. Several other problems also occurred which you can find thru a search. Good luck.
