I realize that most on this forum don't like the lock. But which version do you think is sold more brand new out the door? I'm thinking that most people who buy a new Smith don't even know much about the lock, and that it doesn't influence their decision to purchase. I think the 642 is Smith's most popular revolver. Do you think they sell more ILS models than the no lock versions? Just curious.
