OAL is way too long on that SWC. Try 1.255 or 1.25.

Yep, this is good advice. Also notice that his OAL on the TC bullets is 1.253, which is a more reasonable number for any bullet with that ogive, the SWC included.
I think if you just leave the seating die depth at whatever it is that works for the TC bullet, you'll be good to go with the SWC.
