I would think a 250gr XTP clocking around 1000fps would be adequate for most any hog shot properly at handgun ranges. You are talking about 555 ft/lbs. of energy. I would first look to crafting a load for a bullet that shoots accurately in your gun, rather than try to pick a particular bullet and try to make it work in your individual gun. While H-110 is a great powder, it's not going to be real efficient in a 4" barrel. I'd choose a somewhat faster powder. I'm assuming you have a chronograph, as you appear to be determined to venture into 45Colt+P territory.
