Maybe it's time for a sticky at the top of this page for "Never Ending Pointless Recurring Threads" That would be the place to discuss items like what cleaner, lube/oil, ammo, cleaning frequency, scope, red dot, ad naseum is best and why you shouldn't use anything else. A place where repeating topics are discussed and never resolved.
Works well on other forums, refer the OP to the sticky and lock the thread.
