I use Hoppes # 9 and Hoppes Elite solvents as well but, currently, I am using the # 9 and Elite lubricating oils also.
My problem is I went shooting yesterday and ended up using five different guns. So I came home and began cleaning. As I got all the cleaning supplies out, I noticed I bought large bottles of the Hoppes # 9 and Elite in both the lubricant and solvent. This was back in 1999 and I still have a half bottle of each. I figured I ought to buy some fresher stuff and wondered what was out there these days worth buying.
