I recently purchased 2 model 4046's and really like the DAO trigger pull, however, the trigger pull on the newer pistol (has the MIM hammer, trigger, sear) without the mag inserted (Mag disconnect feature) is not as smooth when pulling to the rear as the older pistol. I feel a catch about half way through the pull. The older model has a smooth pull all the way back. Is this normal in the newer versions or is there a problem?
