I updated a few parts. I promised I wouldn't go crazy. I like it the way it is. I have a Yankee Hill folding front sight; UTC fixed adjustable elevation/windage rear sight. A1optic 42mm red dot, with a 2x multiplier on it. On went to Sports Authority and bought a Picatinny rail for a Marlin 336 ($6) an 4 of the holes match up perfectly on my bottom hand guard. I mounted that, and then added a T-handle and front laser sight. Everything else is stock, and that's the way i plan on keeping it. Oh; I did replace the stock buffer with an ST-T2 buffer. It smoothed out the recoil, ejection, and feeding. There weren't any real issues with the original buffer; just wanted to smooth it out a little. Anyway; I've only had it shy of 3 months. (Bought it for christmas). I've only been able to get about 800 rounds through it til now. But the damn thing will shoot anything. I shoot mostly 4 different steel case ammunitions. Never a problem.
