This is a little hard to answer. Rainier lists 8 bullets that will work in your application.

In .451 they list:
185 FN & HP
200 RN, HP, SWC
230 HP & RN.

In .452 they list a 250 grain FN

In Lead I would look at Missouri Bullet Companys list.

Lots of competition shooters using plated. On Handgun Hunter Forum I have also read where plated are not as accurate as cast. Hunters shoot with scopes at much longer distances.

Then you have some other considerations to keep in mind. Are you planning on shooting in competition where you must reload quickly? SWC are not the best for speed loads, round nose are much better. SWC in 185 and 200 grain will probably be more accurate.

I have 45acp loaded in 185 swc, 200 scw, and 230 RN at the moment. We are shooting the 185 and 200's in 1911's and a XDm. We are shooting the 230 RN in our 625's for speed reloads. In our Defensive Pistol Match all shoot plenty accurate for the application.

If I were testing for accuracy I would probably look at a 200 SWC as my first stop.
