When I got the gun I went to the Wolff, gunsprings.com site and noticed that there were two different OEM springs for the gun. One was 20lb and the other 16lb.

I ordered the 16lb spring and installed it in the gun and found that there was no difference in the trigger pull compared to the original spring. Both springs produced approximately a 10lb pull but very smooth and quite useable.

The 20lb spring probably gives a trigger pull of 11 - 12lbs. I never had a problem with the 16lb spring and apparently the department didn't either.
