I have used the plastic letter opener on HUNDREDS of guns now, and I have yet to scratch one. It zips thru the lightweights without looking at them. Attack the solid, heavy ones at an angle with slow, steady pressure, and it cuts them reliably.
I don't know where to get them- all I have are advertising freebies. Try office supply stores.
