I can't say for certain but I would be willing to bet it is similar to the 3914. Mine came from the factory with an aluminum alloy frame that was anodized black and a carbon steel slide that was blued. The 3913 is a silver, grayish or even white looking anodize on an aluminum alloy frame with a stainless steel slide.
