Thank you again for this community. I tried rubbing the portion with gun oil and a clean patch, some of the residue came off. I will try again to acquire Hoppes #9. If everything fails, I will just leave it as "character".

As long as, this is a residue and not a damaged to the cylinder I can live with it. Thank you again.
