Well, as a former in home service technician, I can tell you that letter you intend to send expressing your being pleased with good service will mean ALOT to those recognized. In the service industry, EVERYBODY has the time to send a letter to complain when they feel they have been treated poorly for whatever reason, be it legitimate or less than so. But when people take the time to send a letter expressing thanks for good service, it really means alot because not many people take the time to do so.
