I have the Burris fast fire 2 on my 6 inch 629 and I really like it and after hundreds of rounds with lots of recoil it still works great. It is very easy to use both eyes open and after you get used to it and acquire the muscle memory on how to hold the gun ,it becomes very easy and fast to acquire the dot.

One small complaint is the on/off switch is small I put a bright yellow paint dot on it. When the dot is whole it`s on, when the dot is split in two it`s off ,makes it easier to see. and also you must remember to turn it off to avoid dead batts.

All in all it is a very good product and I`d buy another.
