Frank Branchesi is the only name that I know in customer service that can give you info. I have only had e-mail contacts with him. Also, Paul Remillard, again through e-mail. They have my 5 inch 27-2, having a cylinder stop problem repaired, and having RR/WO sights installed. I sent a 70s era complete white outline kit, to have them install so that there would be a record that the additions would be on file as S&W factory work. Sorry about getting off the subject, but those are the only names that I know are current, and I assume by your post that you are waiting for a pre-paid warranty mailing label, and I mine wasn't.
