I just sold my SR for what I had into it. I loved the gun but the cam block pin kept walking out and I even sent it back to Ruger and after the fix it walked out even worse, half way after 10 rounds. I have a chance to buy a M&P new in box for 400. Is that a good deal? Is that an upgrade? and it comes with a blue plastic box smith and wesson like my 642 came with. Did they come in both black and blue boxes? I called Smith and was told that now they are shipping in cardboard like in the 70s and he could not say that they did or did not ship in blue boxes. Anyway just need a bit of feed back.
