Ok, Lee's new software just gives an estimate of the month we joined. I think its probably late in the month, but I'm not sure. And I lurked here for a while before joining.
Lee's same software conveniently dropped 14,400 + posts, but its OK. Some of my co-workers wondered how I could get that many posts and still work full time..
OK, maybe I wasn't working all 70 or 80 hours I was in my office. Now I'm retired and just don't care what anyone thinks I was doing.
The old days were good. We had a poster back then (and even now sometimes) name Dewey, or Dewey Dan. At the time I joined he was giving the best answers to S&W questions I'd ever heard. I lament the loss of him, he was a real asset to the board. I haven't even seen posts recently from SmithNut. I guess time moves on and so do posters.
But its been fun. I have no idea if I'll survive 10 more years.
