Welcome.

I'm going to venture a guess that the sights are set for a hundred but the gun isn't "zeroed" by the company per se. I think the company would fire enough rounds to determine if function is correct and send it on it's way.
With all the variables once the gun is in the new owners hands, including ammo, atmospherics, the shooter's stance and hold and so on an so forth, the company would be waisting time on something the new owner will change anyway.

Just my opinion.
