A factory "zero" on an adjustable sight weapon is much like the boresighting service that so many people waste money on. You will remove it your very first range trip when you do your actual zeroing. To be honest I doubt the person that test fired your weapon even looked at the sights when they did it. They probably shot off five rounds into a test tank as fast as they could and put it back on the rack.
