I took the wife and son there while on vacation, back in 1998. The Cody Museum was one of the highlights of our trip to the Teatons and Yellowstone. It is the largest gun collection we have ever seen, didn't know about the basement. I could have spent another day or two just to see everything. My son really enjoyed the Plains Indians Museum with the headdresses made from animals and human hair.
It is a wonderful education center that I hope to visit again someday.
