The recent 3" 625's on GB have been Model of 1989 versions, IIRC one auction didn't meet reserve at $1,200. Generally speaking they are highly sought after guns so NIB or LNIB examples fetch big dough.

Dave Sinko your snubby .45 is a serious looking piece of hardware...
