Don't know how much you've read on this so far. But a couple of things that you didn't mention. If you're fireing light bullets like 165s etc, they will shoot to a different POA/POI than the 180's that the Sigma sights are regulated for. Also the sights are set to cover the target, not lollipop like we were all taught. The windage problem is something else altogether. Check out the correcting target here to see if that gives you any perspective on what's happening. Can't get to my copy but here's one on the net.
