I don't know what type of handgun you plan to buy for concealed carry as I think that's what would dictate what you need to sell or use for trade material. I think in your situation you should trade whatever you need to to get what you need for personal protection. If that means the Model 28-2 needs to go then make sure you get something of equal value or what you want and a little money if you have the big end of the trade.
