When them folks down in the SW decide to scorch a little beef and have a snort or two, they polish their boots, slick back their hair if they got any left and wax their mustache.
They straps on their "spiffyest" Brill or Uncle Tio rig and stuff in the shinyest gun they own.

Then they strut around whilst the meat's a burnin' and decide amongst themselves who gits the braggin' rights until the next big beef burnin' takes place.

Now bein' from Wyoming, I ain't got a clear pictcher of all of the in's and out's of all of this goin's on, but I think mebbe you can get an idea of what's it's all about.

This wouldn't cause much of a stir in Texas, but it'll dazzle them in Wyoming.
