Please excuse the poor quality of the pictures.
I purchased this for $60 back in 1960 assuming it to be an older K-22.
It has a well worn parkerized finish, no model number in the crane area, 6" barrel, and a 6587XX serial number.
Barrel has "Smith & Wesson" on left, "22 LONG RIFLE CTG" on right, and "Smith & Wesson Springfield Mass. USA, Patented Feb. 06, 06, Sept. 14, 10, Dec 20, 14" on top.
Still shoots far better than I can aim (but then I just turned 80).
What do I have ?
