Yup, a couple times. One was a sense from a stop I did on a semitruck. The guy I was talking to had dead eyes. NCIC came back clear, but that dude was evil. I can see his eyes to this day. I've had a couple of different times in houses I was in that there was the sense of several people looking over my shoulder. Not evil in those cases, just spooky.
