Welcome to the forum. Great price on a great revolver, looks like it was probably manufactured sometime in early 1983. The numbers you mentioned other than the serial number are just assembly numbers, and have no significance now. If do a search here on the forum you will find more than one thread regarding the "M" stamp and the modification.
