Defty...Your best bet would be to obtain a factory letter on each revolver from S&W's Historian, Roy Jinks. The cost of each letter is $50 and if the information is available, each letter will tell you when and where the gun was shipped and anything of importance (if there is anything).

Click on Downloads; on the lefthand side of the screen you can access and print the factory letter request form. Complete the information required and send it to the address listed along with your payment. Your letter will arrive in several weeks or longer as Mr. Jinks is currently out of the country and will have a backlog when he returns.
