That's absolutely stunning. I love the look of the light-barrel Pre-26, and to find one in .45 Colt is just unbelievable good fortune.
Where has that gun been for more than half a century? It looks like it came out of the factory box, got wrapped in an oilcloth, and went straight into the desk drawer that was immediately locked.
And then the key was misplaced.
Really, that is one fine .45 and I agree with Iggy: whatever it cost you, ou didn't pay near enough for that gun.
