Thanks for the bump, Red! I missed it the first time. That recipe will do just fine, as I'm going to try my hand at cornbread dressing next week. My daughter has a wheat allergy, and I'm beginning to think I do, too, so I'll be using the wheat-free cornbread recipe I've come up with.

I do believe I'd eat just about any meal Mama cared to make. Sounds like she's a treasure.
