If you want to belt carry, ISW or OSW you can't wear "Hip" Jeans. Get the belt line up around your real waist and things will improve. Pardon me for forwardness but, shoulder holsters generally do not serve well for "big busted women" only you can decide that issue.You have to dress for concealed carry, not carry for what you wear.
