Inside 19 or model 19 is written inside the grips. Could this be from the factory?




Probably not, if anything they'd be ink stamped "KT357" followed by a 4 digit number below that.

I don't recall ever having seen a set of K handles marked "KT38", but nearly anything is possible. I have however seen several N frame grips marked NT38.
