I have a friend that has been to their 4 day defensive pistol class a couple of times. He liked the time and the instruction he received there. He has never mentioned being pressured about the real estate venture. I have looked at it a couple of times. A while back they had the 4 day defensive pstol class going for 69 dollars but I puttzed around too long and didn't buy it in time. Right now he is pushing a life time deal for the 4 day defensive pistol class for 159. I am still on the fence about it.
