I suspect the knife in your photo is one of the many knives made by a vendor for submittal to S&W, and it was not selected for authorized S&W sales. Probably made by Taylor Cutlery. Sometimes the knife catalogs will show up on Ebay, but the the only other sources are (1) attend the annual meetings of the S&W Collectors Assoc., as a member. Old S&W paper & catalogs are always for sale there, (2) Run a wanted ad here on the Forum. Knife catalogs are much harder to find than the gun & accessory catalogs. You can also get your name on the mailing list for free catalogs from the various knife dealers, such as Smokey Mountains Knife Works, etc. They will have dozens of S&W knife models shown. Usually over runs from Taylor Cutlery. As you build up your files of these over time, identifying S&W knife models becomes easier. Good Luck, Ed.
