In defense of my changing my M&P40C trigger to an Apex is simple, I like the M&P but don't like the hinged trigger. The Apex trigger has a lighter pull and less creep. I owned Glocks many years ago and shot a Model 22 and a 24 in USPSA matches and they are fine guns but I didn't like the grip angle. I also had an after market trigger on the "24" because it was a lighter pull. It boils down to the reason they have horse races is that people like different horses.
