You got me there- I went and checked the database, and there were 11 two digit 3 inchers sent as "promo gifts" to the Brazilian commission!! I saw that years ago but forgot it. I think that is called 'grease' in big business circles.
Anyway, look again- after those 11, the next 3 inch BABY Chief is in the 305XX range. Like I say- I doubt you'll see a low number 3 inch Baby. There may be some in low numbers, but I've never heard of them.
Just for clarity- the gun you show is not a Baby.
