No issues with my charging handle after installing BF's CHL. Granted, I don't grab the thing and pull it back like a mad man, I tend to take care of my equipment, it's not being paid for my the U.S. Tax Payer (well, ok I guess it technically is...)

The factory plastic charge handle is stronger than you think. All of the plastic parts in the 15-22 are made out of fiber reinforced plastic, it's not ABS and as such is a little more tolerant to stress.
