I would tend to agree but then again if accuracy and well placed shots are the goal you wouldn't want to use any full automatic weapon. Maybe a double tap.
As far as the slide fire stocks go I don't think accuracy is even implied. I think they are just a legal, for now, way to let someone experience "full auto". I have to admit full auto however impractical in civilian life can bring a smile to ones face.
